With more than 20 years of experience in education, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a variety of roles —Biology teacher, Data Analyst, Campus School Improvement Coordinator, Assistant Principal, Middle School Principal, and Executive Director. Each position has deepened my understanding of how systems, people, and practices align to crate lasting impact.
I also hold a Superintendent certification, which further strengthens my ability to support leaders and organizations in building coherence and driving results.
